Refund, Cancellation, Payment, and Replacement Policy

At Shalom Christian Books Shop, we operate with transparency and fairness. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Payment Policy

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are accepted through the payment methods available on the website.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may be subject to additional charges.
  • Shalom Christian Books Shop is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by third-party payment gateways.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.
  • Customers are advised to review order details carefully before placing an order.

Seller Cancellation

Shalom Christian Books Shop reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled by us before dispatch, the paid amount (if any) will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

  • We do NOT offer refunds.
  • Once an order is successfully delivered, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Refunds are applicable only if the order is cancelled by us before dispatch.

4. Replacement Policy (Only)

  • No returns are accepted. Only replacement is provided.
  • Replacement is allowed only in the following cases:
    • Damaged product
    • Defective product
    • Incorrect product delivered

Replacement Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • Replacement approval is subject to verification and product availability.

5. Non-Eligible Replacement Cases

Replacement will NOT be provided if:

  • Request is raised after 24 hours
  • Damage is caused by customer misuse or mishandling
  • Product shows normal wear and tear
  • Minor color or design variation occurs
  • Incorrect address was provided by the customer

6. Replacement Shipping

  • Replacement shipping charges will be borne by Shalom Christian Books Shop if the mistake is from our side.
  • If the issue is not due to our error, replacement may be declined.
